Madhupal, who is popular as an actor in films as well as on television, turns director with Thalapaavu. Tamil actor Mohanraj under the banner of Civik Productions will produce the movie.
Prithviraj and Navya Nair will play the leading roles Also in the cast will be Kalabhavan Mani, Jagathy Sreekumar, Lal etc. The film will feature script by Babu Janardhanan. Songs by ONV Kurup will be set to tune by Alex Paul. The shoot for the film is likely to commence by the 20th of September.
The maiden venture of Madhupal is scheduled to begin on September 22. The film will be shot in Alappuzha and Kothamangalam
