It’s more than a month since the K.Madhu-directed Naadiya Kollappetta Rathri has been released. And now, an officer working with the BSNL at Thiruvananthapuram has reportedly come up filing a suit against the director and the producer of the film for using his mobile phone number in the film.

The person is working an accounts officer with BSNL at Thiruvananthapuram. He has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the makers of the film for having used and given out his mobile number in the film, thus creating much headache for him. There is a scene in the film in which one of the characters (played by Madhupal) gives out a telephone number, saying that it is Naadiya’s mobile number (Naadiya is the central character of the film, played by Kavya Madhavan).

The Thiruvananthapuram-based BSNL official has been losing his sleep and temper following this as calls started streaming into his mobile day and night from all over the State enquiring whether it was Kavya Madhavan’s number. And finally, the irritated guy decided to sue the makers of the film who, in his view, had invaded upon his privacy.
